This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access to or usage of www.olwix.com website.The domain name www.olwix.com, including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) is owned and operated by Olwix Ebiz Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'Olwix'), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Olwix Ebiz Private Limited, 160, Jaguwas Road, Behror, Rajasthan, India.

If you use any current or future services provided by us through the Platform you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such services and they shall be deemed incorporated into the ToU and considered a part and parcel of the ToU. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the ToU at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the changes or updates will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.

Seller Eligibility Criteria:

If Any Manufacturer, Wholeseller, Distributor, Reseller or Individual want to sell their products or services on Olwix platform than the following terms and condictions will be applicable from the date of 01 April, 2025.

1.     Olwix Never Provide you any seller account for upload or update your products/ services by self. All content will be uploaded or updated by the Olwix backoffice team itself.

2.     Manufacturers/ Wholeseller/Distributor/Reseller/Individual will be provided Olwix Seller Code as registeration on platform.

3.     All your products or services will be listed under your seller code with different products as olwix facility.

4.     Manufacturers/ Wholeseller/Distributor/Reseller/Individual can display their products or services in different categories/ sub-categories/ child categories.

5.     One product/ service will be displayed only in one categories/ sub-categories/ child categories.

6.     For being a Seller on olwix Manufacturers/ Wholeseller/Distributor/Reseller/Individual must need to provide basic data of registration of their entity, bank details for transactions and all product related real contents and photographs on time. Provideding false data will be terminated the seller code and content & photographs of your product/ service will be removed.

7.     Any Guarntee/ warranty will be provided by the Manufacturers/ Wholeseller/Distributor/Reseller/Individual only will be displayed on platform, Olwix doesnot add any type of Guarntee/ warranty by itself.

8.     All Communication related to upload/ update the product via registered mail only from bth side Olwix and seller.

9.     All Selling Collections via olwix platform (wibsite or mobile application) will be collected only by Olwix Ebiz Private Limited and distributed after delivering the particular product or service to the customer.

10.  The payment cycle will be lie on 15 days from we received the order from a customer. 15 days means we receive order, transfer to seller for pack and deliver the product and delivery time and the possibility of return on wrong delivery address, person not available or return by wrong or a defected product delivered by mistake.

11.  Delivery and packaging facility will be provided by olwix on demand only. If a seller is able to pack and deliver products by itself than no extra charges will be added by olwix in billing.

12.  Fix Platform fee and commission charges (includes seo, advertisements, backoffice support and other) will be 10%. Charges will be counted on selling price of the products or services. Example : if you sell a product on price 3000/- than Olwix charges you Rs. 300/- as fix platform fee and commission charges. So choose your product price wisely as you doesnot face losses by selling. Also include packaging and courier charges for avoid loss.

13.  For women enterpreneurs and specially abled persons, fix platform fee and commission charges will be 8% only. But for that we need to receive the related authorized documentations.

14.  Registration for seller code will be always free on olwix.

15.  Any seller required packaging material and delivery facility than he/she will be liable for pay extra charges on all products selling.

16.  All payments will be transferred on to the bank account which will be provided by seller on registration only. If any seller want to change bank details than should be informed olwix by registered mail only.

17.  All type Taxes will be subject to deposit on your income and selling as india by you only.

18.  All Jurisdictions will be behror only.Changes if needed will be made by company without any prior notifications will be shown here only and all sellers will be agreed with them.
